Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) and Interim Life Safety Measures (ISLM)
Our management staff and field personnel are fully trained in these areas, and the team is very experienced at working within occupied and critical areas of a facility. We have the knowledge and understanding to implement proper infection control and life safety standards that are required within certain environments. We are able to identify and install all required infection control, containment, and life safety requirements for any project. We own and maintain all negative air, containment, and monitoring equipment that is required. With these capabilities, we can reduce our clients’ risk of exposure by assuring that the proper installation, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting of all ICRA & ISLM requirements are being met.
Our management staff and field personnel are fully trained and experienced with mold remediation, and R.D. Johnson Construction holds a Florida state-license in mold remediation. We have the capabilities to handle any mold related issues that may arise on a project. We also own and maintain our air filtration, containment, and monitoring equipment. We effectively reduce the risk for our clients by having the ability to immediately contain and control the environment, while minimizing project delays.
